    About the role

    As a Clinical Study Manager in Category Medical Affairs, you will harness your passion for healthcare and life sciences to make a real impact on our products and consumers.     Your responsibilities

    Support the Medical Sciences team in executing activities within your area of expertise.
    - Serve as a subject matter expert in cross-functional meetings, contributing valuable insights.
    - Stay abreast of latest literature, guidance, and regulations to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
    - Aid in educating teams across the company on new medical data and opinions.
    - Contribute to the innovation process by applying relevant medical scientific knowledge.
    - Define project requirements and understand how they fit within strategic business objectives.

    The experience we're looking for

    A solid understanding of biological sciences, preferably backed by a Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or life sciences.
    - Critical thinking, with effective communication to influence colleagues from a range of fields.
    - Proficiency in managing multiple projects with the ability to prioritise.
    - Capable of writing scientific reports in line with industry standards.
    - Committed to delivering safe and effective consumer benefits in accordance with best practises.
    - Understanding of regulations and the impact of product classification on policies and procedures.
