Currently, we're seeking dynamic Senior or Staff Software Engineers (backend) to contribute to the continuous evolution of their cutting-edge platform. This role focuses on crafting scalable, high-performance, and customer-centric architecture.

    Tech Stack and Transition Opportunities:

    Our primary technology stack includes AWS, Kubernetes, Python, Kafka, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Kinesis. If you bring production-scale experience in a different technology stack (Go, Java, TypeScript, Scala, C#, etc.) and are eager to transition, reach out to us directly for a discussion on the process and timelines involved.

    Your Impactful Role in the Agile Team:

    Join an Agile cross-functional team comprising Engineering, Product, and Design experts. This structure enables us to cultivate deep expertise and swiftly deliver valuable features and functionalities for our next-gen platform.

    As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:

    Contribute to designing, building, and delivering foundational features and capabilities.

    Demonstrate technical leadership, influencing the product and platform domains.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into impactful solutions.

    Enhance team culture, leaving things better than you found them and streamlining workflows.

    Provide support, coaching, and mentoring to fellow Engineers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.

    Who You Are:

    You are a hands-on developer passionate about solving intricate problems and making a meaningful impact. Your ownership mentality, commitment to excellence, and proactive approach set you apart. You thrive on refining your craft, viewing challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement.

    Key Qualifications:

    Proficiency in a high-order object-oriented language (Python, Go, Java, Scala, C#, etc.).

    Over 7 years of relevant development experience in building production-grade solutions.

    Expertise in event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing.

    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, public cloud service platforms, and collaboration with remote teams.

    Demonstrated ability to swiftly learn new technologies.

    Desirable Skills:

    Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes.

    Practical production knowledge of service-oriented architectures.

    Experience with streaming technologies (AWS Kinesis, Kafka, etc.).
