The
Bid Co-Ordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for;

  • Exercising robust project management skills to oversee the meticulous completion of intricate technical tender documentation at the highest calibre
  • Spearheading initiatives for upskilling and setting the benchmark for "best practice" in tender submissions.
  • Demonstrating a profound understanding of purchasing organization requirements, striving to craft bestinclass proposals. This entails, among other aspects, ensuring the efficient endtoend administration of designated tenders—responsibilities that bear substantial impact on the organisation


This position is part of the Customer Operations Department located in High Wycombe and will be office based 3 days per week with the ability to work remote for the remaining 2 days.

You will be a part of the Commercial Services Team and report to the Commercial Services Manager, responsible for creation of compelling, accurate, and winning tender submissions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Efficiently project manage and coordinate all tender responses using specialised tender management software.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination among stakeholders throughout the entire tender process duration.
  • Consolidate all subcontractor tender responses into a unified master document.
  • Streamline the process and optimise tool utilisation, while managing performance metrics linked to bid outcomes.
  • Proactively identify upcoming tenders through diverse portals and get involved in the sales activity pre tender as appropriate
  • Regularly update tender performance and provide quarterly reports to the management team, actively enhancing processes related to tender management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Experience in managing large NHS & framework tenders.
  • Experience managing tender timelines and deadlines across the organisation
  • Experience of project management and time management, and working to challenging deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Tender Management tools and processes
  • Detail and process oriented.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • PRINCE 2 Project Management experience
