Are you seeking a role working as a Project Administrator? Do you have a can-do attitude and are looking to work in a fast-paced environment?


Juice is delighted to be supporting a renewables company based in and around Bath who are looking for a Project Administrator to join their dynamic team.

This role has arisen due to continued growth.

This is a fantastic time to join the team as they go through an exciting period of growth.

You will be joining a team who are passionate about their staff and providing excellent training and opportunity for progression.

In this role, you will be an integral member of the team working closely with the Operations Manager to support with the day-to-day operations of the company.

This company is B Corp & ISO accredited.

This role is fully remote, but ideally you will be based within a 20-30 minute drive of Bath.


DAY TO DAY:


  • Ordering materials for numerous projects
  • Liaising with the site team and suppliers to ensure that orders arrive on time and deliveries run smoothly
  • Mitigating risks and resolving issues when required
  • Assisting the Operations Manager in processes and scheduling
  • Communicating work progression with the team regularly on multiple communication platforms
  • Creating and updating workflows
  • Using Xero to draft invoices
  • Minute taking at meetings
  • Supporting with adhoc administrative duties when required
