    Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Maintain precise and well-organized client files, ensuring the confidentiality of all documents. Manage attorney calendars, scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines. Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case preparation. Professionally communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately. Fulfil various administrative duties as needed.

    Requirements:
    • Previous experience as a legal secretary or assistant, preferably in matrimonial or family law.
    • Proficiency in legal terminology and document preparation.
    • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
