- Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and organised client files, ensuring confidentiality of all documents.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, court dates, and deadlines.
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case preparation.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them accordingly.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or assistant, preferably in matrimonial or family law.
