Sales Administrator

Leeds

£20K - £22K depending on experience
Working hours 830am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 830am-4pm Friday.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of customer orders and enquiries.
  • Working towards the Sales Administration / Customer Service team objectives.
  • Monitor the sales open order book, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time.
  • Working with Key Accounts following and improving the required procedures.
  • Answering incoming phone calls, being proactive when there are live marketing campaigns or upsell opportunities.
  • Create Pro-Forma Invoices.
  • Organise customer returns and credits.
  • Update customer contact information on ERP / CRM systems.
  • Invoicing of daily order dispatches.
  • Production and circulation of daily sales figures.
  • Correction of EDI mapping errors.
  • Be a team player and able to work off own initiative.
  • Seize opportunities for selfdevelopment. Other ad hoc duties.

  • What we are looking for Time spent working within a busy admin team
  • Experience working with an ERP system such as Sage 1000 is preferred but not essential as all training will be provided.
