    Description

    Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
    Location: Howden
    Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
    Salary: £37,000 per year

    Your Role:

    • You'll be a key part of our engineering team, focusing on:
    • Keeping our production machinery and equipment in top shape.
    • Responding quickly to any breakdowns or issues.
    • Regularly checking and maintaining our systems.
    • Always Working safely and following health and safety rules.
    • Managing projects and overseeing contractors when needed.

    We Need Someone Who:

    • Has at least a year of engineering experience.
    • Can read and understand engineering drawings and manage projects.
    • Is a motivated self-starter with good communication skills.
    • Can handle confidential information respectfully.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Experience with Forklift, Telehandler, or MEWP
    • WAMITAB, 18th Edition, Fabricating, Welding qualifications
