Description

We are seeking a Implementation Specialist to join our growing team with BehaviourWatch BehaviourWatch allows teachers to efficiently reward positive behaviour while carefully planning interventions to amend problematic pupil conduct.

The suite of tools available empowers staff, with services such as the advanced reporting system, setting the new standard for internal school data.

Compiled in a custom-built interface, BehaviourWatch is capable of restructuring dysfunctional schools and taking adequate schools to the next level.

This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.


Position Summary
An Implementation Specialist will be supporting new customers through implementation and setup.

A good knowledge of educational organisations, how they record, store and use data as well as a clear understanding of GDPR compliance is desirable, alongside an ability to quickly acquire in-depth technical understanding of the platforms and products, in order to provide an excellent customer onboarding experience.

Full system training will be given.


A Day in the Life

  • Onboard new customers by being the first point of contact, working with the customer main point of contact to design and implement our software to the customer's specification.
  • Provide best practice advice and ensure the software design will provide the reporting analysis to fit the needs of our customers.
  • Assist customers with the smooth transfer from their previous software, rolling out our software and sign off the implementation within the time frame set internally.
  • Provide personalised training to both customers you are onboarding and well as customers sitting within our support function. Prepare personalised training to ensure our customers get the full benefit of the training for their individual setup.
  • Provide group training in the form of webinars to encourage and promote customers to utilise more areas of our software.
  • Demonstrate domain knowledge with a good understanding of how customers use our products to interpret data, the source and integrity, as well as the terminology and concepts of educational data in school settings.
  • Have knowledge of the products to facilitate conversations with customers about feature requests and product queries whilst managing expectations. Maintain an understanding of all parts on the products, staying abreast of all product developments.
  • Show technical understanding using your ability to bridge the gap between customers and internal technical team. Understanding how the product works on a technical level and being able to explain this in an easytounderstand way.
  • Achieve targets and KPIs set by your line manager.
  • Work collaboratively with peers within the business to ensure efficient results for customers.
  • Adhere to compliance to strict policies to safeguard the privacy of all data and to comply with GDPR.
  • Champion a caring, collaborative and collegiate culture that puts the customer front and centre.
