Description

We are looking for an Administrator to join our growing Group Transport Team to provide an effective and total administration service.

Group Transport handles the collection and delivery of predominantly accident damaged cars, vans, LGVs and other vehicles on behalf of insurance and automotive customers to industry leading service levels.

The significant majority of these movements areundertaken through a fleet of wholly owned bespoke designed salvage transporters and employed drivers, supplemented by a network of sub-haul operators.

Reporting into the Transport Admin Manager, the Administrator will be responsible for all general correspondence received from suppliers and our Operating Centres, maintain central vehicle records and update sub-haulier paperwork.

You will raise and processpurchase orders via the in-house system, generate system reports i.e maintenance spend per vehicle and deal with incoming telephone calls.

What we need from you
:

Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Must be able to multitask and have a strong attention to detail
