Responsibilities of a Treasury Finance Analyst:

Building rapport & relationships to challenge and influence future strategies, outcomes & business decisions.
Developing financial & treasury reports for supporting the organization managing Foreign Exchange/banking risks.
Accurate reporting for the Finance Division to provide outcomes to help support department objectives.
Implementing reporting withing the Treasury Team including continuous business development & projects.
Supporting and help preparation of 3 year financial plans while evaluating potential risks
Developing new Treasury strategies, procedures & policies.
Helping with the support of IRW Staff & volunteers.
Take part in activities to help improve IRW reporting standards/practices.
Updating charity sector regulatory reporting requirements.
Ensure reports are prepared to agreed timeframes.
Working with teams across the business on development of new banking portals and closing bank accounts internationally.
Qualified or studying Accountancy specialty in Treasury or Corporate Finance
Proven track record of continuing professional development
Be able to demonstrate treasury reporting, ideally with multicurrency treasury, international context
Experience in International payment processing
Experience in accounting environment with experience of foreign exchange risk mitigation
Strong technical and analytical skills excel based.
To be able to approach tasks and problems with an analytical and innovative mindset
Take responsibility for personal development by setting and hitting goals.
Provide support to other teams relating to treasury and banking matters
