Customer Service Representative - Bracknell, United Kingdom - Huntress

Our client based in Bracknell are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time basis for the next 6 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience within a similar role, who is confident in dealing with all customer enquiries.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work across the business to ensure that customer enquiries are effectively responded to
- Recording, managing and responding to all customer complaints and compliments and ensuring they are managed in line with agreed policy and procedure.
- Receiving and coordinating responses to various stakeholders and building relationships with them.
- Working with senior managers to mitigate complaints
- You will monitor all forms of social media to identify any actual or potential complaints (and compliments) and ensure they are managed in line with agreed policy and procedure.
