Our client based in Bracknell are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time basis for the next 6 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience within a similar role, who is confident in dealing with all customer enquiries.

Responsibilities will include:

Work across the business to ensure that customer enquiries are effectively responded to
Recording, managing and responding to all customer complaints and compliments and ensuring they are managed in line with agreed policy and procedure.
Receiving and coordinating responses to various stakeholders and building relationships with them.
Working with senior managers to mitigate complaints
You will monitor all forms of social media to identify any actual or potential complaints (and compliments) and ensure they are managed in line with agreed policy and procedure.

Experience of managing and responding to customer complaints
Excellent written and verbal skills
Problem solver and decision maker
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to build excellent internal relationships and positively engage with colleagues at all levels of the business

Full time (37 hours per week)
