  • About the Role:


We have an exciting opportunity for a project coordinator to set up and deliver a Community Larder from Trinity, in Maidstone.


The Project Coordinator will be embedded within the Housing Team at Trinity to provide an empathic and front facing service to individuals and work in partnership with agencies operating in the local area.


The Community Larder will be a place for residents to access food that is surplus, make friends, access additional services and save money on your bills.


As part of the role, you will recruit and maintain volunteers, develop and manage a referral pathway and create your own membership scheme.


The postholder will need a flexible approach to working times to meet the demands of the job - evening and weekend working will be required.


About You:
You will be qualified in project management and understand the impacts of health inequalities and poor health.

You will have excellent communication skills, be community focussed, and understand the local area and the needs of the residents,


You must have the ability to manage your own workload and have the skills to recruit and maintain volunteers to aid project delivery.

Additionally, you will have excellent record of collecting, monitoring, and evaluating data in accordance with GDPR.
