The Team


Exciting role within the regional and global supply chain side of the Mundiphrama business to support the company's revenue, profit targets and operations targets.

The successful Senior Demand Planner will spearhead the Demand Review meetings with the commercial organisation on the requirements to meet business plans and targets, translating market requirements into the demand signal.

Role and responsibilities

  • As the Senior Demand Planner, you will deliver global RX (Medical Prescription) demand planning activities in an efficient, effective and timely manner to support supply of >$1BN sales revenue per annum.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Conduct demand reviews across markets (Forecasting finish packs)-
  • Identify trends, issues and corrective actions, through demand analysis, demand scenarios, reconciliation with financials and commercial collaboration-
  • Liaising with markets on global level (Europe and Rest of World)-
  • Obtain a consensus forecast with the process stakeholders (Commercial/Finance/Local SCM)-
  • Conduct scenario-based analyses to evaluate options and develop contingency plans-
  • Ensure strong alignment with global/regional/country partners on key Sales and Operations Planning markers including demand hand-off processes-
  • Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and be the Manufacturing/Supply Chains communication to commercial & finance teams-
  • Define and execute strategies to improve key business metrics inc. forecast accuracy impacting customer service and inventory-
  • Present findings to key stakeholders-
  • Infrequent travel to meet key customersWhat you'll bring
  • Previous Demand Planner experience-
  • Strong Stakeholder Engagement and communication-
  • Background in the Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing industry is beneficial but open to supply planning experience in other industries-
  • Experience in using numerous planning systems and tools and the ability to manage multiple data sets-
  • Analytical approach with the ability to also see the bigger picture-
  • Previous experience in the use of or implementation of Anaplan system is beneficial-
  • Confident in present to various levels of stakeholders-
