As a Sales Administrator you will work within the Sales Support department of this thriving manufacturing company, offering excellent administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
As a Sales Administrator you will:
- Managing and processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining and updating the order database
- Providing administrative support to the wider team when required
- Coordinating with internal teams for seamless order fulfilment
- Resolving any issues relating to orders
- Providing excellent customer service
- Updating management on escalated order queries such as delays
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using order management software/ERP/CRM Systems and MS Office Suite
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
