    Maritime Civil Engineer

    Portsmouth - Hybrid

    £70,000 - £80,000 + Hybrid + Flexible Working + Progression + Training + Holiday + Health Insurance + Pension + Cycle to Work Scheme

    In this role, you'll drive technical solutions for diverse infrastructure projects, engaging clients from marinas to renewable energy schemes. You'll oversee projects end-to-end, assist in proposal drafting and finances, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise will shape project outcomes and the company's direction. Plus, you'll utilize software like LUSAS, Robot, and AutoCAD for designing and analysing ports and maritime structures.

    This role would suit a Maritime Civil Engineer looking to join an rapidly growing exciting new startup in the maritime sector where you can have amazing opportunities to progress in your career while having flexible working options.

    The Role:

    • Deliver innovative technical solutions for a variety of infrastructure projects.
    • Manage client relationships and oversee projects from inception to completion.
    • Utilize software like LUSAS, Robot, and AutoCAD for designing and analysing ports and maritime structures.

    The Person:

    • Passionate about the marine environment and eager to contribute to its sustainability.
    • Experienced in marine structures or related design,
    • Civil Engineering Degree.
