Client:

Hypergrowth Fin-techSaaS business who target Trust, Private Wealth and Corporate Services.


Role:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing the growth of existing accounts across all software services.

You will also play a key role in developing relationships within your client base with a focus on driving sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and develop relationships with its existing customers and act as an escalation point for customers in the normal course of business
  • Regular communication and interaction with key contacts at customers to understand and document, for each customer, issues causing their dissatisfaction and opportunities for additional user or module licences and/or customerfunded consultancy services.
  • Resolve customer issues, working closely with the Managing Director and Global Head of Sales and ensure effective communication with customer.
  • Record, monitor and manage revenue opportunities in HubSpot; Coordinate internal activity required to generate revenue, including proposing commercial terms for internal approval, presenting pricing to customers, interacting with Legal to produce requiredcontract documentation.
  • Maintain good communication with Associate Support Managers to understand where serious customer support issues are in their path to resolution and prevention in the future.
  • Maintain accurate account management records of customer interactions in customer support software (JIRA).

Ideal Profile:


  • Proven track record of sales and achievement of sales targets in the financial services sectors
  • A good understanding of Corporate Services, Trust and Alternative Fund Administration operations and relevant processes is preferred but not essential.
  • More important is your understanding of B2B software sales and making things happen
  • Experience in B2B selling of SaaS software into the financial services sector at a senior level
  • Able to deal with people at all levels within an organization, and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers
  • Demonstrate great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to establish interest, trust and credibility
  • Selfmotivated, ambitious, independent, organized, focused and be able to multitask
