The role

Multi skilled carpenter - carrying out wet room and level access shower room installations, and repairs and maintenance to our housing stock across Redditch Borough.**
Key Requirements -
- carry out carpentry works and repairs and maintenance to residential properties.

  • 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works including repair/replacement of components.
  • Must have experience in installing wet rooms and level access showers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
  • Work on various general maintenance tasks as required

Skills & experience -

  • Relevant carpentry qualifications and certification.
  • Proven experience as a carpenter with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, principles and equipment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Competency or qualified in additional trades such as plumbing, altro flooring whiteboarding/tiling.
