- Partner closely with our leadership team to identify, prioritize, and solve critical problems for the project
- Manage and drive end-to-end key operational and strategic initiatives across the business
- Collaborate with technology and cross-functional teams across the company synthesizing insights and using them to set actionable plans
- Identify and prioritize problems and structure and build quantitative, qualitative, and conceptual analyses, identifying implications and key insights to drive implementation of solutions
- Partner with project leadership to establish an operating rhythm of the business to ensure the organization is running effectively and efficiently to meet goals and objectives
- Create, manage, and maintain strategic presentation decks for senior leaders to increase visibility, drive alignment, and resolve blockers
- Act as a point of contact and communicate with stakeholders regarding business operations
- Have a strong business acumen and a strategic mindset that can unpack complex problems, build solutions for them, and manage their execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high ownership mentality
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Have an ability to pivot quickly and often, continually building new processes as the project scales
- Familiarity with technical concepts and a strong passion for technology
- 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup
