    Description
    Sales and Compliance Manager - Financial Services background ideal, call centre or similar background ideal

    £35,000 - £40,000 plus up to 5% bonus - office based

    Rural Oxford - must be a car driver

    8.30am - 5pm

    Global CTS Recruitment are working with a growing client based in rural Oxfordshire.

    A brand new role for a Sales Compliance Manager is required to join and lead a small team of 8.

    You will be responsible for overseeing workflow management and developing and coaching the team in order to provide a first-class customer and sales experience.

    Having a Financial Services background would be highly desirable.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute Sales Plans alongside management
    • Utilise the team effectively to ensure that sales activity meets the requirement
    • Coordinate and contribute to the attraction, recruitment and selection of people
    • Conduct performance reviews with all team members and implement performance improvement plans where necessary
    • Manage office workload and oversee the processing of work generated from sales, renewals, and claims
    • Compliance checks and audits and produce plans to correct any under performance
    • Manage the training and competency for staff
    • Targeted on team's performance
    • Identify opportunities to deliver results quickly and consistently

    Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

    • Due to the nature of the role, you will be subject to criminal record and financial solvency checks, you would need to have been living in the UK the past 5 years
    • Exposure to compliance within previous roles
    • Experience in a call centre in a management role would be highly desirable
    • Self-motivated forward thinker and will have a background in managing people
    • Motivator, empathetic and a good listener who can inspire individuals to realise their full potential and will be given autonomy to achieve this
    • Develop and maintain excellent client/stakeholder relationship management skills
    • Evaluate sales numbers, analysis trends and optimise performance
