Description
We are actively seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our client at a Chemical Manufacturing site in Hartlepool. In this role, you will be required to organise preventative, planned, and emergency maintenance for all trades on site.This includes the planning and scheduling of shutdowns and weekly work, liaising with all contractors, ordering parts, and maintaining stock of critical spares.

Up to 3 months, with the possibility of permanent employment
Rate:
£32 per hour (via Limited Company)
Daytime hours, Monday to Friday
Start Date:
ASAP
Contractors are responsible for determining their own IR35 status for this contract.
Work in accordance with all the clients EHS requirements, policies, and principles.
To plan all maintenance activities by prioritising, developing scopes of work, method statements, risk assessments and parts lists.
To liaise with all contractors (scaffolding, lagging, E&I, etc.) Carry out inductions, managing authorisation to work and work permits.
Foster a culture of safety awareness through correct maintenance processes.Support process improvement throughout the plant.
Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in Maintenance Planning on Industrial Plant and Equipment.
5+ years of experience in the chemical manufacturing or process industry.
~ Experience working as a Maintenance Engineering Planner.
~ High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
A good level of IT and computer literacy.
