    Description

    The Purpose of the role:


    As a key member of our finance department, the role plays a crucial part in managing credit control operations and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding accounts receivable.

    Exceptional levels of communication skills used to engage with our Timeshare Owners, building lasting relationships and providing excellent financial support to the team.


    Key Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Monitor and manage credit control activities, diligently following up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments.
    • Engage with our valued Timeshare owners via various communication channels, including face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations, and email correspondence, delivering personalised financial assistance and addressing any enquiries or concerns with the utmost professionalism.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
    • Prepare and issue statements, invoices, and payment reminders in a timely manner, optimising efficiency in financial operations.
    • Proactively identify potential financial risks and contribute innovative ideas for process improvements.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial interactions and enhance the overall guest experience.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all financial regulations and compliance standards.

    Person Specification:



    • Part -Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
    • High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
    • High level of proficiency in IT with experience of using MS Office and the internet in a work environment.
    • Sage 50 experience.
    • Strong organisational skills with a systematic approach to completing tasks.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with resort and team members alike.
    • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate financial records and reports.
    • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
    • A can-do attitude.
