    Description

    Job title: Residential Property Solicitor, Maidstone

    Salary: £44,000-£57,000 DOE

    PQE Level:2-6 PQE

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Working Hours: Full-time

    You will be joining a long standing regional firm in their established and collegiate residential property team. As a residential property solicitor, you will be working closely with the whole team as they continue to win new clients and work. You will have the chance to undertake a key role in developing the firm's ongoing connections and be given the tools to engage in business development to explore property work you're passionate about.

    As a valued member of the residential Property client team, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting with a range of clients to gather information and explain legal matters, building strong relationships.
  • Handling day-to-day enquires advice on a broad caseload of residential property matterrs To be considered for this role you will:
  • Have between two and six years experience at a regional or national practice
  • Have excellent communication and client care skills
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex concepts into everyday language for non-experts.
