We're recruiting for Customer Service Executives on an on-going, temporary basis working for a global fragrance business based in Marlow.
Working Monday to Friday, this role offers flexible hours and hybrid working once training has been provided. With free on-site parking and paying £13.53 per hour.This is a really exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and service-led company. You will be responsible for ensure delivery of products and services which meet customers' requirements and achieve business targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Order processing, tracking and management
- Forecast and stock management
- Complaint management
Person Specification:
- Competency in IT to intermediate level with Excel and Outlook
- SAP experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work with key customers and develop customer satisfaction
- Administration experience in a sales environment is essential
Working hours 8.00am-4.30pm/8.30am-5.00pm/9.00am-5.30pm
