    Description

    A very high performing team within an impressive, large Consumer business are looking to appoint a Senior FP&A Manager who will lead across a number of key areas for the team, whilst also overseeing a direct report.

    Support the highly acquisitive M&A team with new acquisitions and subsequent integrationsOwn the budget & Forecast process, ensuring cohesive working with your stakeholders to hit deadlinesThe 'go to' for analysis to provide the Exec team with solid business insight that they can act uponConstantly looking at ways of process improvement for the team, and driving these through the finish linePrepare board presentations with the potential to present to the board on an ad hoc basisHelp lead on some of the Reporting requirementsSome of the skills and Knowledge:
    Qualified Accountant 3+ years PQE (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)Solid experience within FP&A, accompanied with financial modelling skillsStrong communication skills with an ability to present to both peers and Exec teamsA 'can do' attitude and experience of leading by example for your teamA commercial thinker, and able to bring data to life in a concise storyIn summary if you're looking to join a business that has a 'best in class' finance function, is hyper focused on career progression for their teams and a role that is really varied, please do get in touch
