Lincolnshire are now seeking to hire for a brand new
Senior Hardware Development Engineer to join company on a permanent basis.

The role:

The successful
Senior Hardware Development Engineer will join a thriving talented multi-disciplined engineering team that consists of 25 engineers who specialize in Electronics, firmware, QA/Testing Mechanical and compliance.

The
Senior Hardware Development Engineer will be responsible to specify, design, document and test analogue and digital circuit designs with respect to embedded hardware development.

Salary:

The salary on offer for successful
Senior Hardware Development Engineer is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on skillset & experience.

Work arrangement policy:

The company is based in
North Lincolnshire and work from home is
4 days a week and 1 day onsite available.

If you prefer working more days in the office during the week, this is completely fine to do so.

Key Skills:

35+ years minimum industry experience
Experience in product design lifecycle from concept to introduction into manufacturing
Electronics Circuit Design (analogue/digital)
PCB Design & Schematic Capture
Knowledge & experience of Power Electronics
DC/DC Converter & Power Supply Design
Experience of Test Plan development
Good teamwork and communication skills
