    Department: Private Equity

    Apex is looking for a Manager within its Private Equity team to have responsibility for the accounting and financial reporting of a portfolio of Private Equity Fund clients. The role involves all aspects of accounting services including but not limited to financial statements review and NAV reporting.

    The Role & Key Responsibilities:

    Managing the day-to-day fund accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of Private Equity clients and structures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
    Reviewing the financial statements in compliance with applicable GAAP (primarily IFRS and UK Accounting Standards)

    Skills Required:

    JFSC Table 4 qualification such as ACCA, ACA CIMA (or equivalent qualification)
    Proficiency in IFRS and UK Accounting StandardsCore skills required
