The Head of Treasury Operations is responsible for developing and leading a centralised Treasury function within the BSI Group, with primary focus on global cash management, cash placement and foreign exchange risk management.
In line with our Group Finance evolution, the role will be involved with developing Treasury Policy, monitoring Treasury Policy compliance, designing and implementing an effective and efficient global cash management strategy to optimise concentration of surplus cash.
The role will also drive process improvements both inside and outside of Treasury, with a focus on automation and systems.
With our global matrixed organisation, the role will oversee the global bank account structure, manage foreign exchange hedging programme, and develop cash forecasting process to enhance both liquidity and foreign exchange risk management with the business.
To thrive in this role, you are:
- A qualified Accountant or AMCT certified, or equivalent
- Substantially experienced in working within the Treasury function of a large multi-national organisation, with deep understanding of Treasury markets and products
- Able to demonstrate the use of systems to automate processes and drive process improvement
- An experienced Manager, with leadership and motivational skills and the ability to influence other teams without direct management authority
- Expert in forging trusted relationships with key stakeholders and able influence across all levels of the business
