We are looking for an
Integration Specialist to join our fast-growing
Solutions team.
Reporting to our
Client Solution Team Lead, you will be supporting the team on managing on-going integration projects involving different departments and teams, representing the clients interests in the company.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Guiding clients to correct use of Nuvei product and services.
- Investigating errors and logs and providing indepth analysis for both clients and internal departments
- Escalating technical complaints and incident affecting the company's customers and services
- Collecting and analysing client requirements and translating them to Product requirements.
- Ensuring priority handling of all issues and queries, raised by client.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support in the IT industry
- Experience working with international clients.
- Technical background analsying and producing reports, investigating logs.
- Ability to analyse problems quickly and find suitable solutions based on available sources.
- Ability to speak and write succinctly about complex technical issues.
