    HEAD OF SCHOOL APPRENTICESHIPS & ADULT LEARNING - REF 240374R

    We have an exciting curriculum leadership opportunity for a new Head of School of Apprenticeships and Adult Learning.

    This curriculum area comprises a significant proportion of the College's apprenticeship and adult provision in subjects such as Leadership and Management, Accountancy, HR, Business Administration, Customer Service, Early Years Education, Teaching Assistants, Counselling, and Employability Skills.

    To achieve these outcomes, you would be working closely with the Head of Studies for Apprenticeships and the Head of Adult Education, whilst reporting to the Assistant Principal for Adult and Apprenticeship Programmes.

    be committed to ensuring that a team of teachers and trainers provide outstanding educational and personal development opportunities for the diverse range of learners our adult and apprenticeship programmes attract; be prepared to lead rigorous reviews of quality and to work with others to ensure that swift interventions are put in place when needed; As there is a teaching/training element to this role, and as one of its primary purposes is to lead on the quality of teaching/training in the School, please be sure to complete theExamination Results of Students You Have Taughtsection of the application form, including alternative data (eg:
