As a Project Specialist, you will manage your own smaller and mid-size projects and provide support on large global projects.
The key focus areas we are looking for are:
Client focus - Building trusting client relationships by seamlessly managing time lines and deliverables across your projects.
Project planning and execution - Working either independently or across a team to fulfil project milestones within budget and agreed upon time lines.
Technology savviness - Learning and configuring the intricacies of our technology solutions to client needs. Capitalising on Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Automate, SharePoint and PowerBI) to automate processes.
Your duties will also include:
- Setup and own smaller and midsize projects independently
- Manage parts of global large scale projects by working with project manager, consulting and sales
- Create and/or maintain project plans, communications & other project documentation
- Lead project meetings (internal and with clients)
- Be first point of contact for clients and stakeholder groups (facilitators, coaches, suppliers etc).
- Set up and administer our technology systems and teach clients how to use them
- Support preparation of materials required to deliver our products/services (e.g., focus group materials, interview guides, job analysis reports, assessment exercises, training materials, etc.)
- Ensure timely client invoicing and forecasting occurs based on completion of client deliverables.
The Successful Applicant:
- BA or BS degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills (facetoface & virtual)
- Proven experience in working independently or collaborating as part of a dynamic, fastpaced, high performing team.
- Experience in managing multiple project tasks and priorities, & work under challenging deadlines.
- Strong internal and external customer service orientation.
- Strong analytical skills & proven experience in making recommendations and taking action, often in ambiguous situations.
- High work standards and attention to detail.
- High receptivity to feedback & willingness to learn
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams).
- The ability to speak another language
- Desired but not a necessity
