    Description

    Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a residential children's home based in South Norfolk for Support Workers to provide support to Children who come from challenging backgrounds and display behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties (EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)).

    Shifts include days/nights and sleep ins. Shifts can vary week to week, however staff are given their rota in advance.

    Your most significant contribution is that of a professional parent, nurturing and caring for the young people looked after by the organisation.


    • You will take a child-centred approach in providing high quality care that will enable each young person to grow and develop healthily.
    • As the provision of high quality childcare requires team work, you will need to be an active and willing participant in all team activities (i.e. weekly team meeting, training, etc).
    Fully funded training and qualifications.

    • Free meals.
    Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or the equivalent.

    • Experience working within a residential childcare setting (regulated by Ofsted).
    Full UK driving license and access to your own car.
