    We are seeking innovators who have a knack for designing immersive, creative and engaging digital ecosystems, products, and services – and we execute small – sweating the details to create consistent, performant customer experiences.

    As a passionate user-centered designer, you will be committed to elevating design standards and refining the craft of creating meaningful and delightful experiences.

    The position entails pushing the visual direction, constructing brand frameworks, building atomic design systems, leveraging prototype tools to animate micro-interactions, while collaborating with development teams on proof of concepts, helping facilitate workshops, presenting work, and skillfully handling client feedback in sessions.

    Work with multidisciplinary teams to create exceptional digital products

    • Passionate about all areas of the Human-Centered Design process to create deliverables grounded in insight aiming to validate hypotheses
    • Craft branded microinteractions and push the experience with knowledge of After Effects or other motion software
    • Effectively manage time within a project to facilitate the delivery of a digital product on budget and on time
    • Contribute to strategic thinking and use analytics and other evaluation tools to help measure the impact of design strategies
    • Be an expert, continually learning about people, design and technology, and striving to improve design practice

    Here we host weekly lunchtime lessons that supports iLearn, our learning & development portal home to 100s of sessions for you to access.
