Key Responsibilities:


  • Undertake a range of surveying services, including building surveys, dilapidations and project management
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team
  • Liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Manage projects and project teams
  • Manage own diary and work remotely when required

Skills & Experience Required:


  • Qualified Building Surveyor Minimum of 5 years' professional experience
  • Proven track record of delivering surveying services to the highest standards
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills
  • Ability to manage projects and teams
  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Knowledge of the latest surveying technology
