- First point of contact for HR inquiries from our employees.
- Provide direct support to address employee and manager issues/enquiries that cannot be addressed through self-service
- Independently handle and clarify general inquiries to the HR department based on established methods and standard operating procedures
- Advise on, interpret and manage contracts, HR/ PS policies and procedures
- Preparation of monthly payroll changes for internal payroll team
- Supporting regional HR projects, managing programs and policies, including contracts, benefits, pensions, time & attendance, onboarding and offboarding, document management, relocation, etc., working in close cooperation with the respective departments, PS leadership and external partners
- Ensure Employee Relations legal requirements are met at a local level to minimize exposure and liability
- General support of the HR Business Partner
- Contributing ideas on ways to improve our services, processes and policies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Confident written and verbal English communication
- Completed Degree-level education or Professional qualification in the field of human resources or a related discipline
- Relevant HR certification / CIPD accreditation preferred
- Experience working with HR systems – SuccessFactors preferred
- Experience with a shared service environment preference
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
