An exciting and are opportunity has become available with one of our education clients based in Leeds:
We are recruiting for an
experienced PA who can support a busy senior team. This role will be supporting at Director level within the specific area of research. This role requires experience within a similar role.


You will be supporting A Director and 2 Associate directors, managing and navigating complex diaries and schedules, booking travel for multiple colleagues, collating information and supporting with documentation and minute taking.

With experience you will be able to anticipate workload, creating actions and following up.

The right canddiate will ideally have experience within the education sector and delivering complex support at director level. This is a fast paced role where high attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the diaries of the Executive team, ensuring that engagements are appropriately prioritized and managed in order to meet individual requirements
  • Coordinate and manage the Executive Team schedules; anticipating workloads, preparing and producing papers in advance of meetings and ensuring individuals have appropriate materials, briefings, agendas as appropriate
  • Provide full support for senior level meetings as appropriate this will involve organising meetings, producing and distributing papers in a timely manner, following up on outstanding actions, taking minutes and ensuring attendance where required
  • Provide a professional interface between the Executive Team and a range of senior stakeholders

Skills and Knowledge required:


  • PA experience: providing high level professional administrative support
  • Evidence of a good understanding and awareness of key issues in a Higher Education Setting
  • Previous experience with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to make independent decisions and recommendation to the ET based on analysis, confident o use on judgement and assess the impact and outcome on the wider business
  • Proactive and selfreliant, able to take responsibility for defined areas of work and display initiative in solving problems
  • Proven ability and previous experience with organisation, prioritising, coordinating work load
  • Ability to deliver high quality outcomes in response to stakeholders needs including actively seeking feedback to continuously improve processes and service delivery
