To be the operational lead for Op Courage (Midlands) including budget management of all LPFT Op Courage services Overall responsibility for the services case work, ensuring delivery of care is within professional and policy standards and within a climate of empowerment and inclusion.

To ensure value for money and identify efficiencies that are possible within services across the partnership To ensure appropriate systems and processes are in place for clinical operations within the services such as data quality, demand and capacity, business continuity, performance management, waiting list management and flow, continuous quality improvement, service development, staff engagement and wellbeing, coproduction with service users and carers, financial management and people management To develop training plans for the Op Courage workforce and ensure these meet national and local requirements To have positive relationships with commissioners and partner organisations to benefit the Veterans we serve To lead and develop the Op Courage management team and line manage the LPFT team in line with Trust Policy To advocate for and promote awareness, skill development and effective action for Veterans, their families, and professionals across the systems within the partnership in contact with Veterans with MH needs To represent the service in relationships with other agencies and care providers, and to provide advice and leadership in respect of the care of Veterans with MH
