**Site Manager

  • East Hoathly**
    £55,000 £65,000 (per annum) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Annual Bonus
We are currently working with an award winning high quality housebuilder operating in and around both Brighton and Eastbourne who are looking for a Site Manager to oversee and complete an ongoing project


Responsibilities will include:


Running a project consisting of high-value housing and apartments as the No2 Site Manager, ensuring that all deadlines and NHBC standards are met.

Driving the project to be delivered on time within the build programme whilst focussing on factors such ashealth and safety and quality

  • Experience working on housing & apartment build developments
  • Valid, uptodate CSCS & SMSTS
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality, presentation and health & safety.
  • Highly proficient in planning and project delivery on time and in budget.
  • A stable career history of permanent employment.


This is an excellent role with an Award Winning Residential Developer that would suit someone with a background in construction site management and is looking to step up and broaden their horizons by working on some of the UK's most prestigious housing developments.
