    Teacher of Design Technology

    The Calder Learning Trust is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic and ambitious teacher of Design & Technology, to join our thriving and highly motivated Design Department.

    The Calder Learning Trust employs rolling recruitment methodologies, with shortlisting and interviews for some roles taking place as and when applications are received.

    This may mean that some roles are recruited before the closing date, and therefore advise that applications are made without undue delay.

    The successful candidate will:


    • Have the ability to engage and enthuse students through high quality learning experiences


    • Have high expectations of student achievement and behaviour


    • Be an outstanding practitioner


    • Have the ability to inspire and motivate students


    • Be enthusiastic, resourceful and committed to securing student progress

    This post would be suitable for either newly qualified, or more experienced teachers looking for an opportunity to develop their careers.
