Description
Career progression and a great quality of life? You deserve it.
At Truro Vets for Pets, we believe that you can have it all. From a fulfilling career with supportive colleagues, through to an idyllic hometown in which you can secure the best possible quality of life, everything is possible when you join us. Our Head Nurse is leaving us, literally for pastures new, which means we now have an exciting opening for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join our team. As a small animal RCVS accredited training practice offering advanced surgeries, we are at the heart of community life. Many of our clients have been with us for years, trusting us to take the best possible care of their extended family members. A bit about you: This fantastic opportunity would suit an experienced RVN looking to take the next step in their career or a skilled Head Nurse looking for a better work/life balance. If you see yourself as a role model and someone that can drive and support a small nursing team whilst improving practice standards and coaching new talent, we think this is the role for you. Down to the details: Due to the nature of this role, we're ideally looking for our new Head Nurse to cover full time hours, with just 1 in 5 Saturdays. The hours can be framed to suit you and either worked over 4 longer days or 5, 8-hour days. Some of the highlights:
