The post will predominantly behome-based with occasional work being carried out in the office.

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our forward thinking, innovative and highly regarded Medicines Optimisation Team.

You would be joining an established team in the delivery of a professional and comprehensive medicines management service to customers within local NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board.


The Medicines Optimisation Team provides pharmaceutical and prescribing advice to GP practices and Acute Trust providers in the local area.

The team has a proven track record of success in supporting cost effective, safe and high quality medicines management.
