The service will offer a residential service for individuals with autism and dual diagnosis mental health.This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as we prepare to open this much needed, brand new, service for individuals stepping down from inpatient services.

Active Pathways Ltd has been operating in Lancashire and Yorkshire for over 20 years as a Mental Health, Learning Disability and autism provider, offering support to adults aged We are dedicated to delivering services within innovative, creative, and inspiring environments.
About the service:
The service will offer an 8 bed care home, comprising of 3 self-contained apartments and 5 ensuite bedrooms for individuals with Autism and Mental health needs.
The service will offer a much needed, specialist, community provision for individuals stepping down from inpatient services who require specialist support to develop their independent living skills and live a meaningful life.
The environment will be carefully designed for individuals with Autism, and will benefit from the clinical and therapeutic support of our in house Psychology and Occupational Therapy team.
