- Ensure the image of the contract reflects the professional image of the Company
- Provide support for Senior Managers
- General administrative duties including completion of key records, stores control
- Responsible for the control of all techniques, paperwork, equipment, materials and resources to achieve the highest quality, most cost effective and technically appropriate results
- Responsible for maintaining stock levels, keeping all delivery or materials movement records safe, assuring all materials are signed out from stores
- Ensure all equipment on site is in good working order, report any defects and make sure they are followed through
- BICS Level 2
- Cleaning and supervisory skills and experience
- Knowledge of cleaning processes and quality standards
- Articulate and numerate with good communication skills both oral and written
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Ability to motivate a team ensuring motivation and an environment that promotes commitment and limits absences
