Responsibilities:


  • Record and prioritize client requests and assign them to the appropriate departments or personnel for resolution.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients for basic facility management issues, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including the nature of the request, actions taken, and resolution.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure that their requests have been resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support staff or management as necessary.
  • Generate reports and provide feedback to management on overall Help Desk performance.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience working in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a facilities management or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

£20,500.00 per year
