Help Desk Operator - Glasgow, United Kingdom - Anderson Knight
Description
Responsibilities:
- Record and prioritize client requests and assign them to the appropriate departments or personnel for resolution.
- Provide technical assistance to clients for basic facility management issues, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including the nature of the request, actions taken, and resolution.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that their requests have been resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support staff or management as necessary.
- Generate reports and provide feedback to management on overall Help Desk performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a facilities management or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
- Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
