Description
Management Accountant required for a large estate near Welwyn Garden City. This is a full time role (based on site) and will report to the Finance Director.
£35,000 to £37,500 salary plus benefits
Job purpose:
To ensure that the accounting system is effectively controlled and accounted for
Job Tasks:
- Accuracy and timeliness of monthly and annual accounts in SAGE supported by a fully reconciled balance sheet
- Supervision of the Revenue and Purchasing Controller
- Timely completion and submission of VAT Returns
- Actively working with the FD to deliver planned results
- Assist FD in production of plans, budgets and forecasts
- Review of financial procedures and controls on an ongoing basis to ensure the smooth running of the business together with the FD
- Experienced Management Accountant
- Used to reporting to deadlines
- Excellent oral, written communication skills
- SAGE experience
- MS Office
