    Childcare Lawyer
    £Permanent

    Sellick partnership are delighted to be recruiting for a childcare lawyer to join a local authority in Yorkshire on a permanent basis.

    The successful candidate will be picking up a range of duties, such as:
    Advising clients on child protection, care proceedings, special guardianship, private law proceedings, fostering legislation and adoption law
    Attending legal planning, PLO and Gateway meetings
    Preparing for hearings and conducting advocacy in the Family Court

    Prospective candidates need to be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or barrister and to have some exposure of care proceedings.
