    Assistant Restaurant Manager

    We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team located in a beautiful Surrey town.

    Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service.

    • Supervise and train restaurant staff, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining a positive work environment.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between frontofhouse and backofhouse operations.
    • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
    • Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and special events to enhance the overall dining experience.
    Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fine dining establishment.

    • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
    • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, as well as health and safety regulations.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
