- Applying release activities across Salesforce development teams, ensuring easy and timely deployments across environments
- Setting and managing consistent deployment routines, dependencies, identify issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure they are not repeated
- Communicating with developers to properly resolve merge conflicts, deployment errors and code coverage criteria
- Contributing to define release readiness criteria and ensure all changes meet criteria prior to deployment
- Applying monitor and maintain all Salesforce development environments, including creating and synchronizing sandbox metadata and appropriate data sets
- Tracking release metrics to drive improvement and report successes/failures to stakeholders
- Experience in Salesforce Certified Administration
- Be Able to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues
- Demonstrate analytical skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
- Communicate well both a technical and business audience
