The Group Vendor Maintenance Team is the first of its kind in the shared service centre. Our customers and stakeholder cover all the geographical territories in Sky.

This role is a great opportunity to be involved in a large project, leading the way in us truly becoming a global shared service centre.

What you'll do:

Work in a project environment
Direct communication with vendors and internal colleagues to validate key data
Follow control processes to ensure vendor records are maintained to a high standard
Proactively assist in resolving the root cause of issues identified
Manage a tracking model to produce timely KPIs for project stakeholders
Participate in system testing in preparation for new Supplier tool role out

What you'll bring:

Energy & enthusiasm to meet project deadlines
Strong problemsolving skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Fluency in Italian is essential for this position
