- Collaborate with the Divisional Director and Divisional nurse to manage operational service delivery for the Division of Surgery across all Trust sites.
- Ensure timely access to care, adherence to the Divisional annual activity plan, and national access standards.
- Drive Divisional involvement in key improvement initiatives such as theatres and outpatients.
